The immediate plan is to make a couple more flyers throughout the sports season such as a pre-season “get those niggles sorted and prep for sports season”, a mid season “check in with your body” and then maybe an end season one.
We will also work with Tara on her possibly running a strapping workshop and potentially another one on preventive care pre-Winter League in 2026, watch this space for more details on this.
