Basketball Manawatu are looking to apply for a grant from the Tū Manawa Active Aotearoa Fund to start up a “Just Play” programme to allow our younger community to come down and just play our great game.
No structure – No training drills – No coaching – JUST PLAY
All equipment will be provided and it will be free of charge.
So keep watching for updates on times & places.
There are also opportunities if you want to come down and have a shot around for an hour by yourself or with some mates.
All you need to do is pay a $5-00 (per hr/per person) fee at the CET Arena office, and do a “Casual Pay to Play” (There are also concession options if you are looking to come down multiple times).
